ISSUES / DAMAGES:

If in the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or broken, please contact me within 24 hours via email. Please include photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box it arrived in. This will help us to rectify the issue as soon as possible for you.

All items sent via Australia Post are insured up to $100. Items valued more than $100 has got an extra cover/insurance, so if your item arrived damaged, visit your local Post Office for a resolution prior to contacting Reaper Buena.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
